• Premade items are ready to ship. This includes resin sets and wine glasses (with or without a thin resin coating).

• Cancellations: Accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final.

• Refunds: Only available if the item arrives damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos to request a replacement or refund.

• Cancellations or refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. After that, all sales are final.
